§1. General Provisions

  1. The online store available at www.willowsandjaws.com is operated by:

  1. These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the online store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, returns, and complaint procedures.

  2. The Store primarily sells physical products via the Internet.

  3. These Terms are available free of charge on the Store’s website in a form that allows downloading, saving, and printing.

§2. Definitions

  1. Seller – WILLOWS AND JAWS SPÓŁKA Z OGRANICZONĄ ODPOWIEDZIALNOŚCIĄ.

  2. Customer – any natural or legal person placing an order in the Store.

  3. Consumer – a natural person acting outside their trade, business, or profession.

  4. Store – the online store operated by the Seller.

  5. Sales Contract – a distance contract concluded between the Seller and the Customer.

§3. Placing Orders

  1. Orders may be placed 24 hours a day via the Store’s website.

  2. Placing an order constitutes conclusion of a Sales Contract.

  3. In order to complete a purchase, the Customer must:

    • provide accurate data,

    • accept these Terms and Conditions,

    • complete the payment.

§4. Prices and Payment

  1. All prices displayed in the Store are gross prices (including VAT where applicable).

  2. Available payment methods may include:

    • Przelewy24,

    • other payment methods displayed in the Store.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices; however, such changes do not affect orders already placed.

§5. Delivery

  1. Products are shipped from Poland.

  2. The Store delivers to selected countries listed on the website.

  3. The current list of available countries and shipping costs is available in the “Delivery and Payment” section.

  4. The estimated delivery time is indicated on the product page or in the order confirmation.

§6. Right of Withdrawal (for EU Consumers)

  1. Consumers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from receiving the goods.

  2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must inform the Seller of their decision in any clear form (e.g., by e-mail).

  3. For convenience, the Seller provides a return form. The use of this form is not mandatory but significantly facilitates order identification.

  4. The Customer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.

  5. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receiving the withdrawal notice.

  6. The right of withdrawal does not apply in cases specified by law, including goods made to the Customer’s specifications.

§7. Returns Outside the EU

For Customers outside the European Union, the right of withdrawal applies only to the extent required by the mandatory provisions of local law.

§8. Complaints

  1. The Seller is liable to EU Consumers for non-conformity of goods with the contract for a period of 2 years from delivery.

  2. Complaints may be submitted by e-mail to: jaws@willowsandjaws.com.

  3. A complaint should include:

    • Customer details,

    • order number,

    • description of the issue.

  4. The Seller will respond within 14 days.

§9. Vouchers

  1. The Store may offer electronic vouchers (gift cards).

  2. Vouchers are delivered electronically to the e-mail address provided in the order.

  3. Vouchers may be used exclusively in the online Store.

  4. The validity period of each voucher is specified individually.

  5. A voucher cannot be returned once it has been redeemed.

§10. Personal Data

Rules concerning personal data processing are defined in a separate document – Privacy Policy.

§11. Final Provisions

  1. Matters not regulated herein shall be governed by Polish law and applicable European Union law.

  2. These Terms and Conditions may be amended; changes do not affect orders already placed.
