1. Shipping

  1. All orders are shipped from the Republic of Poland.

  2. The Store delivers to countries currently listed on the website.
    The updated list of available countries is displayed during checkout and in the shipping settings.

  3. The Seller reserves the right to limit or exclude shipping to selected countries.


2. Order Processing Time

  1. The total order fulfillment time includes:

    • order preparation time,

    • delivery time provided by the carrier.

  2. The estimated processing time is indicated on the product page or provided in the order confirmation.

  3. If an order includes products with different processing times, the longest indicated time shall apply.


3. Shipping Costs

  1. Shipping costs depend on:

    • destination country,

    • selected shipping method,

    • weight and dimensions of the parcel.

  2. The final shipping cost is always displayed before completing the order.

  3. The Seller does not offer permanent free shipping unless explicitly stated in a promotional offer.


4. Payment Methods

  1. Online payment via a payment service provider (e.g., Przelewy24).

  2. Other payment methods currently available in the Store.

Available payment options may vary depending on the destination country.


5. Currency and Pricing

  1. Product prices are displayed in the currency selected in the Store.

  2. If payment is made in a different currency, exchange rates applied by the payment provider or the Customer’s bank may apply.


6. Non-Payment

  1. If payment is not successfully completed within the time specified by the payment system, the order may be automatically cancelled.

  2. The Seller reserves the right to contact the Customer in order to clarify the payment status.


7. Customs and Import Duties (Orders Outside the EU)

  1. Deliveries outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local charges.

  2. Any customs duties or import taxes imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the Customer.


8. Damaged Shipments

  1. Customers are advised to inspect the parcel upon delivery.

  2. In case of visible damage, the Customer is advised to prepare a damage report with the carrier and contact the Seller without delay.
